These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
