WEHIMO Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to WEHIMO. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from WEHIMO. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell kitchen appliances including induction hobs, electric hobs, gas hobs, range hoods and dishwashers. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.

4. ORDERS
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will refund any payment already taken.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to addresses within the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over EUR 99 qualify for free standard shipping.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN)
As a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging. We will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

7. WARRANTY
All WEHIMO products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WEHIMO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including the WEHIMO logo, design, text and product images, is the property of WEHIMO.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer based in the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence.
