WEHIMO Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all countries within the European Union. Delivery is free on all orders over EUR 99. Orders below EUR 99 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES
Germany: 2-4 business days
France: 3-5 business days
Italy: 3-6 business days
Spain: 3-6 business days
Rest of EU: 4-7 business days

These are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
As we ship from within the EU, there are no additional import duties or customs fees for deliveries within the EU. All prices include applicable VAT.

DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERIES
If your order arrives damaged, or if delivery takes longer than estimated, please contact us at wehimoshop@outlook.com with your order number. We will make it right.
