1. Introduction
Welcome to WEHIMO. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from WEHIMO ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Our Products
We sell kitchen appliances including induction hobs, electric hobs, gas hobs, range hoods and dishwashers. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to make minor changes to product design or specifications without prior notice where these do not affect core function or performance.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund any payment already taken.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over €99 qualify for free standard shipping. Risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14-day return policy)
As a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@wehimo.com. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition. We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
7. Warranty
All WEHIMO products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover: damage from misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WEHIMO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the WEHIMO logo, design, text and product images, is the property of WEHIMO and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of [Insert country]. EU consumers also retain the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
